We are looking for a hands-on Admin and Operations Manager who can keep the engine of the business running smoothly while helping us grow.
You will oversee day-to-day operations, improve processes, guide people, and support revenue growth.

What You Will Do as an Admin and Operations Manager at Bradfield Consulting

Administrative & Operational Management
- Coordinate all administrative and operational activities in line with business strategy.
- Implement cost management systems and set clear service standards for excellent customer delivery.
- Own budget preparation and execution; ensure effective use of human and material resources.
- Run in-house trainings and regular team meetings; prepare minutes and circulate promptly.
- Manage office consumables (stock list, distribution logs) and oversee meeting coordination.
- Support departments with specialized admin to boost performance and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners; review procurement processes.
- Ensure vendor SLAs are in place and followed; manage recurrent office spending.

Business Development & Growth
- Work with the CEO to analyze growth opportunities and shape go-to-market plans.
- Develop and roll out marketing initiatives to deepen brand awareness and drive bookings/revenue.
- Conduct periodic market and competitor analysis for management reporting.
- Proactively grow new and existing client relationships; attend trade/public events to build a sales pipeline.
- Produce sales and financial reports, set budgets, and find ways to improve financial performance.
- Supervise rental/sales operations: marketing, customer experience, data collection, warehousing, delivery & retrieval.

Accounts & Finance Oversight
- Oversee financial reporting, reconciliations, accounts payable, and fixed asset registers.
- Collaborate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulators to ensure full compliance.
- Prepare monthly and annual expense forecasts; support proper bookkeeping and timely statutory returns.

People Management & HR
- Develop a practical human capital and workforce plan; monitor and report performance.
- Maintain up-to-date HR/Operations/Business Development policies aligned to best practice.
- Lead performance management processes; train managers to use systems effectively.
- Drive policy compliance and internal controls; handle recruitment, selection, and safe hiring practices.
- Manage benefits, process monthly payroll, and ensure salaries/allowances are paid when due.
What are the Requirements to Qualify for the Position of an Admin and Operations Manager at Bradfield Consulting?
- Education: Undergraduate degree (preferred).
- Experience: 4+ years in admin/operations with proven work in Distilleries, Breweries, or FMCG.
- Certification: CIPS, CISM, or other relevant professional designation (required).
- Strong leadership, planning, and process-improvement skills.
- Comfort with budgets, reports, and cross-functional coordination.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
How is the Pay & Benefits
- Indicative Salary: ₦400,000 to ₦700,000 per month (experience & certifications influence final offer).
