TTC commenced operation in 2003 as TTC organization and was later, in 2007, registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission as TTC Mobile Limited. We are in the business of manpower development for the telecom industry, via delivery of practical telecom training. We have over 10 years corporate experience in training delivery.

Aside our regular corporate training for companies, and retail training for fresh graduates, TTC Mobile has successfully deployed various grass-root-oriented trainings programs like FREE IT Training(2003), National Youth Development Program(2005), National ICT Summit(2007), National Telecom Scholarship (annually, since 2008). In 2010, we were selected as training partner to the federal government’s Presidential Amnesty Program, which implementation commenced in November 2010; We completed this training project in 2011.

Title: Corporate Business Scheduler

Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills

  • Minimum Requirements: HND/B.sc, Any Discipline
  • Minimum Experience: 2 years’ experience in a contact center/front desk/customer service, and other similar roles

Work Experience:

  • Customer Relations, Sales, Marketing, Human Relations (any other Humanity disciplines) in Telecoms, ISP or Technical Services Company.
  • Familiarity with service order management systems and practices, e.g. ESFS, OTRS, Self-service portals.
  • Excellent computer literacy and telephone etique

Other Requirements:

Title: Service Fulfillment Technician
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
Operation:

  • Supervises laying of cables directly in trenches or string it through conduits running through trenches
  • Conducts quality control of fibre project at all steps of implementation & acceptance in accordance with the following Fibre Optics OSP Parameter, (Manhole, Route Marker, HDPE &PVC Duct, Bridge Attachments, crossings (road, drainage,streams, etc.), Blowing & Pulling, Splicing, Joint Box, ODF / DDF, Site Entrance etc.
  • Monitors and reports all assigned projects at dedicated sites and ensuring timely completion of projects with strict compliance of HSE policy procedures.
  • Plans and schedules project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
  • Proffers cost cutting strategies for each project while showing loyalty, honesty, transparency and dedication in daily duties.
  • Ensures excellent customer relationship management; vendor management, and resolution of complicated community issues as well as other issues.
  • Inspects, approves and signs-off all implementation and as-built-drawings steps and documentation.
  • Optimizes backbone performance and losses by reducing extra cable joints.
  • Manages technical discussion and problem resolutions with vendor and contractor.
  • Submits all progress reports and documentation requirements of the retail business in the project implementation process.

Collaboration Supports the sales and marketing department to complete a sale by verifying infrastructural capability to fulfil customer service installation:

  • Suggests value and service improvement initiatives to customers based on service fulfillment expertise and experience.
  • Receives and manages service escalations from the Customer Experience and Advocacy unit, communicates the status and remediation plan and follows through till the issue is resolved.

Work Plan and Processes:

  • Develops best fit work methodology to ensure that installations are done at minimal cost and that customer satisfaction is achieved.
  • Structures end to end development and delivery approach.

Drives continuous improvement to create efficiencies/ improve products/services:

  • Tracking service metrics, managing budgets and helping lead the professionals responsible for getting services delivered to clients.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Ensures provision of excellent customer service by identifying customer needs, handling customer concerns and fulfilling customer requests in a timely manner.

Customer Installation:

  • Coordinates customer installation process.

Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent in working experience.
  • A Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences or any other related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years’ Service Fulfillment experience in the IT/Telecommunications field – Broadband Service Operations in particular.

Salary

Title: OSP Supervisor – Maintenace
Location: Abuja

Requirements

  • Proven track records of maintenance and management of metro and/or long distance fibre optic infrastructure.
  • Sound knowledge of telecom industry best practices, norms and technical requirements with regard to fibre & civil work maintenance.
  • FTTx and/or P2P fibre deployment and maintenance experience are distinct advantages i.e. fibre termination using fusion splice machines, testing & analyzing fibre links with OTDR and Light Source/Power Meters (LSPM), identifying fibre cores with VFLs.
  • Capable of understanding fibre network architectures, designs & splice plans.
  • An inherent culture of documenting concise and accurate “As-Is” status of network elements and splice configuration, in a consistent manner.
  • Familiarity with the requirements of Health & Safety legislation in Nigeria.
  • Experience in civil works supervision & quality control.
  • Experience in processing ROW License with Local Authorities/State Regulatory Agencies.
  • User experience for Microsoft Office Tools including a good working knowledge of MicrosoftProject.
  • User experience for Visio/AutoCAD/GIS tools is desired.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to solve complex problems in the shortest available time using honed analyticalskills.
  • Good interpersonal skills with customers, vendors, team members and local community.
  • At least 2 years in telecommunications industry, with experience in Fiber network deployments and outside plant maintenance.
  • Specific Knowledge of Civil Works planning applications with Nigerian Local Authorities.

  • Site Survey and Design Conduct Site surveys for study and planning of new FTTH deployment.

  • Prepare Low Level Design of Civil and Fiber Infrastructure for Optical Distribution Network (ODN) deployment to cover future demands.

  • Prepare detailed FTTH design drawings including duct layouts and cabling layouts.

Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills

  • HND in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering/Computer Science, Information Systems. However, field experience for Non- science or engineering backgrounds can be considered.

Work Experience:

  • 2 – 4 years of experience using CAD (Autocad, Visio) and Microsoft office software.
  • Excellent communication skill.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Prioritizing work.
  • Generating & maintaining accurate records.
  • Outside Plant Fibre experience – site surveys, fibre laying, splicing, termination, troubleshooting.
  • Ability to use fibre tools e.g optical power metre, light source and OTDR.
