Title: Sales Representative

Job Summary

  • The Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and closing property deals.
  • This role involves promoting the company’s real estate offerings, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients through networking, telemarketing, referrals, and other lead- generation methods.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and expand the company’s client base.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
  • Present and promote the company’s real estate offerings, including properties, payment plans, and investment opportunities.

Title: Independent Marketer
Location: Nigeria (Remote)

Job Summary

  • The Independent Marketer will work remotely to promote the company’s real estate offerings, generate leads, and drive property sales. 
  • This flexible role requires strong self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset. 
  • Marketers will attend weekly in-person meetings at the office for strategy alignment and performance reviews.
  • The company will provide marketing materials, training, and support.
  • In addition to a fixed monthly allowance, marketers will earn a commission on sales and bonus incentives for exceptional performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and contact potential clients through social media, phone calls, emails, and personal networks.
