Job Summary
- The Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and closing property deals.
- This role involves promoting the company’s real estate offerings, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a customer-focused approach, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients through networking, telemarketing, referrals, and other lead- generation methods.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and expand the company’s client base.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
- Present and promote the company’s real estate offerings, including properties, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
- Organize and accompany clients on property tours and site inspections, providing detailed explanations of features and benefits.
- Negotiate and close property sales, ensuring all documentation and contracts are accurate and complete.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the company.
- Provide regular updates and sales forecasts to the Sales Manager, including progress on leads, deals closed, and challenges encountered.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Gather feedback from clients and competitors to identify opportunities for improving the company’s offerings and sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service
throughout the sales process. - Address client concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience and fostering loyalty.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with other sales team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales activities with promotional campaigns and lead-generation efforts.
- Provide feedback on marketing materials and suggest improvements based on client interactions.

Title: Independent Marketer
Location: Nigeria (Remote)
Job Summary
- The Independent Marketer will work remotely to promote the company’s real estate offerings, generate leads, and drive property sales.
- This flexible role requires strong self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.
- Marketers will attend weekly in-person meetings at the office for strategy alignment and performance reviews.
